The main idea of this treatment is to understand the style, plot and art direction of the music video.
Based on the budget some setups can be scaled down, or cut some scenes, but still be as powerful as described.

Visually we will use analogue approach for visual effects combined with digital compositing while shooting on 16mm film.
Video
The video starts in a workshop room with a girl's hand opening the doll house, and camera zooms into the house.
As soon as house opens we can see Steve laying on the ground and getting up while performing verse.
Camera lands inside of the room.
We cut to an insert shot of the girl looking after Steve though windows/roof top. Steve can react to it and fake smile.
Steve grabs his guitar and plays, while we see a giant hand is trying to take his guitar form him, but Steve keeps playing and performing.
Then she grabs Steve and we see him performing while been seen between her fingers
Next scene she is putting on Steve bright make-up, putting big funny hat on him, as if she is changing his appearance against Steve's will.
She puts him back to the house with bizarre make up and garments, Steve keeps performing his guitar solo while she looks at him smiling through the window.

We cut to next scene, close up of Steve wearing his famous sunglasses, camera pulls back and Steve drives on bike while performing. He can driving zig-zag as if he is dancing on the bike.
On the wide shot we see a giant girl's hand approaching Steve from the back and trying to catch him, while he is driving away from it.
Giant hand can accidentally crash cars behind or trees with its roots while trying to catch Steve.
Camera tilts to the road and tilts back and we see Steve with long beard and hair, as if he is riding for weeks or months away from his previous relationship, but he is happy that he is finally free.
As an option we can end the video with E.T. homage by having Steve flying on the bike in front of the moon or sun as a symbol of his freedom and going for new adventures.
